Free Guided Walk Saturday 1 July: Hammersmith Along The River Thames

Free for I Love Hammersmith Privilege Card holders, please join us on the first Saturday of each month for a series of insightful one-hour walks exploring the rich history and heritage of Hammersmith, led by a Blue Badge Guide.

Saturday 1 July 2017: Hammersmith Along The River Thames

Making your way towards the River and Hammersmith’s famous bridge, you will visit gardens and riverside pubs, each with a unique history. Among these, the pub where the tune “Rule Britannia” was written and the likes of Ernest Hemingway and Graham Greene drank. The tour will also be passing the home of the designer William Morris, eventually looping back to Lyric Square and Hammersmith station. Click here to register for free tickets.

Refreshments will be provided following the walk at the Hammersmith Ram.
